Show is tonight and my tickets aren’t here
I purchased tickets for Sphere Las Vegas in October for a show in January. Flew from Denver and day of show the tickets were claimed by someone else.
I never listed the tickets for sale or transfer. TickPick could not rectify the situation. All they said was they had to conduct a formal investigation which takes 3-5 business days.
Thats after Ive left town and the show is over. Poor reconciliation!

Never Recieved The Tickets
The issue with TickPick is still unresolved. They’ve given multiple excuses, first claiming I didn’t reach out on time, then saying the seller provided proof of emailing tickets.
When I showed the email stating "these are not the tickets," they shifted responsibility to Ticketmaster. They refuse to take accountability, and I’m out $200.
Based on other reviews, this seems to happen often. I advise avoiding them, as they offer no help and may only address the issue through a future class action
This situation is particularly concerning as it is not the first time I have encountered issues with this business.
Numerous complaints regarding similar experiences can be found, indicating a troubling pattern of behavior. I am currently out $200 due to this unresolved issue.
Not once has reached out to me to address my concerns, nor have they provided a contact number for customer support, making it exceedingly difficult to resolve the matter.
The lack of accountability demonstrated by is alarming. Customers expect businesses to honor their commitments, and failing to provide proof of transaction or delivery undermines trust.

Ticket selling
The company didnt do anything wrong. I have been trying to to figure out why someone would buy my tickets, which TickPick agreed that I sent.
Maybe a present for another day.
I have been assured I will be paid. If that doesnt happen, then Ill be vs a C pissed Customer
Resolved: Unable to download my tickets!
Okay! But I dont like doing 3rd party business! I didnt have any issues previously dealing with tick pick but once they introduced 3rd party company Ive had nothing but problems!
Never received my tickets
Purchased tickets in the morning for evening show and never received them I sent over 6 emails and called. They should be responsible and accountable for their sellers, since they are so quick to charge right away very disappointing now I have to dispute this charge with the bank HOW UNNECESSARY

Complete scam!!! I purchased tickets to a Sabrina Carpenter concert and when I received the tickets, they were incomplete.
I wasn't able to transfer them to my Apple Wallet - a big red flag! Anyway, I spoke to Shantal at TickPick Support and was told that the tickets were indeed valid and I would not have an issue at all. Well, I was at the concert and the tickets were not valid! I called their urgent number only to not have agents available and got disconnected.
I will never use TickPick again. Ever!!!

I was sent a link, but it did not work. The tickets could not be downloaded.
The company refused my request for a refund. I did not receive the benefit of my bargain.

My husband wanted to surprise me with last-minute tickets to a concert in Virginia Beach for our anniversary. The headliner for our event was scheduled to go on at 9 PM, so we were looking for last-minute deals on various sites.
All other ticket brokers (Stubhub, Gametime, Seatgeek, etc.) cut off ticket sales before 8:30 PM. This should have been the first red flag. Nonetheless, shortly before 9 PM, we decided to purchase tickets on TickPick for over $800 as a last resort, with the expectation that they would be delivered within 5-10 minutes and we could enjoy the show. It ended up being a complete disaster.
The tickets were not delivered until over halfway into the headlining set and customer service was not helpful. We were told that TickPick allows a lengthy grace period for sellers to deliver tickets (even after the event has begun), and that we would not be eligible for a refund or even credit. None of this was stated at the time of purchase (otherwise, we would not have bought them). We are now out over $800 despite missing 75% of the concert due to TickPick's slow delivery and lack of customer care.
If you are planning on using a ticket broker, use a competitor that is responsible so you don't waste your money on a disastrous experience. This was our first and last time using TickPick.

I got no response from you guys. I would recommend that chick pic starts to put the sections on the tickets that they sell not just throw. I really don't think that people want to go to an event not knowing where they're going to be sitting.
Been us g this service for over a decade and this is the first time I’ve not received what I purchased!
I purchased tickets to this weeks rams/vikings game and have not received them, nor do I know how to access them from your system.

Purchased tickets from tickpick on Friday night for a Saturday football game. Received multiple emails from tickpick confirming purchase and saying an email would be sent to transfer tickets.
Unfortunately tickpick neglects to tell you the email will not come from them but from a 3rd party instead. Drove 1.5 hours to the game and could not get the tickets to transfer. Never received an email from a 3rd party prior to the start of the game. Called tickpick urgent help line multiple times and was on-hold for over an hour only to be told they could not reach the 3rd party but would keep trying and would call be back, which never happened.
Received an email from a 3rd party 13 minutes after the game started telling me my ticket transfer had been canceled. Never got my tickets and had to drive 1.5 hours back home. Tickpick customer service representative seemed as if my issues were interrupting her day.
Requesting a full refund as well as a discount on a future purchase to cover my gas, vehicle wear and tear, and time lost. Completely dissatisfied at this point.
User's recommendation: Make sure your tickets transfer well in advance, and good luck if you have to use tick pick customer service.

No barcode. Event is in 7 days.
