Fake tickets - refused to refund

Bought tickets for Max McNown in Vancouver BC (Oct 16/25) but the venue couldn't scan our tickets. They said the tickets should be a barcode not a QR code and that 20 other people showed up with the same tickets.

We had to purchase more tickets to get in. When I called TickPick, she said the 'Team' has nothing to verify the tickets were bad, they need a report showing they were scanned so they could trace them. What? She said similar tickets worked at the venue and I needed to show them proof ours could not be scanned.

Again, what? I didn't notice at the time but when I purchase tickets through them the wallet links usually reroute through Ticketmaster but it didn't happen like that this time. When I told her this she said 'well, not always, it 'depends'. She said they would apply a 50% credit to my account for future purchases.

She could not answer when I asked how I could verify I was buying real tickets. I was starting to wonder whether I was talking directly to a scammer.

Delivered tickets too late!

I bought the tickets more than 4 months before the show. I had a problem and couldn't go to the show, but I didn't have the tickets to sell.

I contacted TickPick to get the tickets, and they said they would be delivered 1 day before the show. I tried to put them up for sale on TickPick, but I had just one day to sell, and guess what, they didn't sell. I lost 460 dollars because they delivered my tickets really late.

Another thing, they don't put the exact location of your seat, and it's always the worst seat. Never buy anything else on this site!

Poor customer service policies

I ordered the wrong quantity of parking passes through Tick Pick. It was unintentional, but my fault nonetheless.

When I reached out, they informed me of their no-refund policy and that my only recourse was to sell the tickets through their website.

When I attempted to do so, neither their website nor app would allow me to post the parking passes. I spent over an hour on the phone simply trying to get the tickets posted and was repeatedly told they would not refund my purchase despite it being an error on their side.

Unhelpful and they WILL lie to you

This is a scammer site: they can access your PC and can remove all their emails. I have proof of this.

I called them and they are located in Jamaica or Mexico! The NY office is just a 'front' to allow them to do business. Thinking I am kidding?? Call the number for yourself.

'Thank you for sharing your decision with us. We are not able to waive the seller's fee, so we will proceed with canceling this sale. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let us know. Any response to my accurate experience is a 100% lie.

Do not use this fake company!

I have attempted to have my account deleted and they will not do it!!! They have retained my credit card information and have refused to delete this information after making 3 requests over a week's time period.

This app is not good for purchasing tickets you get scammed

This app was not letting me get a refund for my San Antonio tickets to want to go to the Shakira concert on Friday so then I tried calling and all they would do is put me on hold and they told me I was allowed to make refunds but instead of me making a refund all they did was take money from my bank account and charged me $2000 to go for two tickets to go to Shakira concert on Houston which I dont want anymore and now I want my money back and this app is now telling me that I cant return my tickets because it has been past due. They are scammers and I dont ever Recommend anybody to use this app.

They took my $2000 from my bank account and I need those $2000 in order for me to be able to pay my light bill and my water bill and now they dont wanna give me my money back. My son is literally in the hospital dying and they dont wanna give me my money back.

Never use this app. It sucks.

I was supposed to be paid for tickets I sold on October 2nd. They said that they had paid out.

I contacted Hyperwallet and it turns out they made the Hyperwallet account but didn't pay anything.

Now, I get ignored every time I mention my case to customer service. Scam company, do not use!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent me the tickets through another online provider .. Seat Geek

Overall I have not gotten an acceptable response from TickPick whereby I can honestly say that I am no longer concerned about the status of my tickets. Having to wait until 24 hrs before showtime before I actually get my tickets is simply unacceptable.

Especially when I have to make flight and hotel arrangements in order to attend the concert. What if they do not send me the tickets in time for the concert?

I will be out a lot of money. Not acceptable!

Can't find tickets on mlb ballpark app

I usually get my tickets after about 1 hour and this time I have not recieved them after 24 hours. The last time that happened to me the seller changed their mind and I lost my money.

I use this website because they do not charge a service fee. Not sure why you need 100 symbols when most issue can be handled in less words
